Chef and co-owner Jacob Kenedy, oversees the menus and operation at VICO as Executive Chef. His food and family are steeped in the culture of Italy, especially in Rome and the coastal town of Sperlonga situated between Rome and Naples.
To Drink:We serve Aperol and Campari Spritz, Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Refosco and Moretti Beer on tap, alongside a considered selection of regional wines.
Our curated offering of wines follows the road through Lazio, Campania, Basilicata and Puglia, perfectly complementing our popular street foods, pizzas, pastas and Apulian vegetables.
Red wines range from the juicy, ripe and full Negroamaro, to a light and floral Chianti Ruffina from Tuscany. White wines include a fine Prosecco from Veneto, a complex pear, almond and peach Greco di Tufo and an elegant lime, apple and white peach Gavi di Gavi, amongst many others.
